Neutral Diffuser

As all our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to help.

Place your reed diffuser on a stable, protected surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources and draughts. For the best fragrance throw, carefully turn the reeds every 1–2 weeks, taking care not to spill the fragrance oil.

Avoid placing your diffuser directly onto polished, painted or delicate surfaces, as accidental spills may cause damage. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and avoid contact with skin and eyes. If any oil is spilled, wipe it up immediately.
